CUBOC
CUBOC is an accommodation concept built around modular units that can be added according to the available space. We designed its digital platform to bring the accommodation experience into an environment where guests could book and manage their stay.

How can a flexible accommodation model designed for short stays become a digital experience?

Context
The concept offered an alternative for short stays: somewhere to spend a few hours while waiting, stay during a city visit, or use as a base for a specific activity.
The project already had a visual identity and an initial website focused mainly on introducing the company. The next step was to turn that digital presence into a platform where guests could manage their accommodation experience.
Problem
The existing website was still in development. It could not manage bookings and did not fully convey CUBOC's concept.
Objective
Turn the company's digital presence into a platform where guests could book and manage their stay.
Approach
Bring discovery, booking, payment, and stay management together in one digital journey.

Challenge
We needed to translate an accommodation model unlike a traditional hotel stay into a clear, easy-to-understand digital journey. Guests had to be able to handle each stage of their visit independently, while the platform retained CUBOC's urban, flexible character and visual identity.
Research
We studied similar accommodation concepts in several countries and products from companies of different sizes that handled booking and service management. We reviewed discovery, booking, payment, check-in, and check-out flows, along with the conditions involved in a stay.
We also examined relevant Spanish regulations, including conditions concerning minors, pets, and other accommodation requirements. This research helped us identify industry patterns and references suited to CUBOC's model.
Solution
We designed a journey from exploring the units through confirming and managing a booking, with a choice between preset time slots and full days.
We designed the experience across devices and brought CUBOC's visual identity into a transactional platform. We explored color and composition options until we found a direction that matched the concept's urban, flexible character.

Results
We designed CUBOC's web platform for desktop and mobile, along with a landing page that introduces the concept and leads into the experience. Guests can explore the units, choose a stay option, book, pay, and manage their visit.
