Hebamio - Platform
Hebamio is a platform for healthcare professionals. When the team came to Hard Fork, the product was already in use, bringing a wide range of information, tools, and workflows together in one place.

The platform already offered a broad set of features, but its user experience had room to improve. The way information and some workflows were organized made certain tasks more complex than they needed to be.

Challenge
We needed to improve the experience of a wide-ranging platform without losing any features its users needed. That meant working through a large volume of information and varied workflows while keeping the structure coherent as the product continued to grow.
Alongside improvements to existing features, the project also called for new ones. Each had to fit naturally into the product without adding friction to users' daily work.
Solution
We undertook a comprehensive review of the platform experience, focusing on structure, navigation, and information architecture to make Hebamio clearer and better able to support its many functions.
From there, we designed new ways to organize and present information and solutions for different usage scenarios. The work progressed alongside the platform's evolution and the new needs that emerged.
Outcome
The result was a clearer, more organized platform, with simpler workflows and new features that support users' daily work.
The experience also became more consistent across sections, making it easier to find information and complete tasks.
